Can Aloe Vera Affect The Urine Protein Test?
Hi, my urine was tested to have a 3+ in protein about a month back and when I was advised to return again for another urine test after drinking more water daily. However, when I went back for another urine test, my urine test came back as a 4+ in protein instead. I had started to take Aloe Vera Gel within the month. Would that affect the result?

I really appreciate your concern if there is protein detected in urine this indicates many possibility right from acute to chronic diseases first would be renal disease, the aloe vera nothing to do with the presence of protein in urine increasing the value of protein is not good sign, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
