Can A Food Poisoning Episode Effect QRST Level In An ECG ?

hi, my dad recently had food poisoning and he was cold sweating and weak and vomiting at the hospital they took an ECG and it showed that he had left ventricular hypertrophy ...Is it possible for the food poisoning to affect the ECG QRST level??

There is no effect on ECG after food poisoning.
ECG can show left ven.hypertrophy.
Go for ECHO for further confirmation.
consult cardiologist for further guidance.
