Brief Answer:
Get done 2d echo.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
She is having borderline cardiomegaly.
She is also having peri hilar and right lower zone congestion.
So possibility of lung infection is also there.
She is giving antibiotics for pneumonia.
In my opinion, you should get done 2d echo to rule out heart failure and heart failure can also cause similar kind of x ray findings.
Please let me know
1. Is she having diabetes or hypertension?
2. Was she suffering from any heart or lung disease?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your mother. Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.. Yes, swine flu should be tested in her case. And irrespective of results, oseltamivir (75mg) twice daily for 5 days should be started.
Dengue and ecg are also part of investigations.
Also ask for doctor about 2d echo.
Are you living in swine flu affected area?
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
