Can UTI Be Cured Permanently ?

Dear Doctor , I started suffering UTI and as per your advise taking Oflox-200mg from last 3 days and drinking plenty of water. The symptoms ( fever , fatigue and back pan) which i was feeling are decreased now. I want to know that is UTI permanently cureable disease?

Hi,Harbinder Sigh,
Thanks for query.
If you have recurring uti,go for urine for pus cells and culture.
After report you go for long course of specific antibiotic, effective against particular that bacteria.
It will give permanent cure.
At present you continue for 2 days more as you are getting alright.
If this happens in future you go for urine culture and sensitivity.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
