Suggest Treatment For Coughing Up Blood And Mucus

Was told had Valley Fever in 2008 and had a lung lesion of 1.4cm. Now in Jan of 2010 Valley Fever is back and my Dr has placed me on Fluconazole 400mg per day and the lung cavity has grown to over 4cm I have a chronic cough some times with blood. Still on meds and my health has not changed.. I want to have lesion removed due to family history of cancer and I am a ex-smoker.
