Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This is the case of intestine infection and guidelines for better outcome are:

- Taking plenty of liquids.
- Taking soft, light diet.
- Avoiding oily, spicy, non veg stuffs.
- Continuing norflox-tz morning and evening after meals for 2 to 3 days.
- Not taking Loperamide, rather than taking probiotics with lacto bacillus content for better recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
