Can Natural B From Nutralite Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Hi doc
A friend of mine recommended to take natural B from nutralite as we are planning for a baby.
I have been taking it for almost 3 months. My question is, Is the folic acid in natural B (Nutralite) enough for me?
Can i continue the same throught out my pregnancy?

Hi..the normal requirement of folic acid is 4-5 mg daily just before & during pregnancy for better foetal growth.. If neutrlite supply you this much folic acid then you can go for it.
