Can Laparascopic Salpingectomy For Asymptomatic Ectopic Pregnancy And Cyst Cause Back Pain?

I'm 34, weigh approx 10 stones, and I'm 5ft 6" tall. I had a laparascopic salpingectomy following an asymptomatic ectopic pregnancy (right side) two and a half weeks ago. The surgeon also discovered I had a chocolate cyst on the right fallopian tube which was drained. The problem is, I'm now experiencing lower back pain which is mainly on the right side and the muscles in my right leg feel tight right down to my ankle. Is this just part of the healing process or should I visit my doctor. I should add, I've had intercourse and have felt no pain during or at any other time. thanks
