Hallow Dear,
How was it diagnosed that you have a small uterus? Have you undergone
Hysterosalpingography or
Laparoscopy or
Ultrasonography which has revealed that you have small uterus? If so, you should have mentioned the exact size of the uterus. If you ask me a Direct question with all these and the following details, I may be better informed to solve your query and guide you better.
Please undergo ovulation monitoring by ultrasonography. If you are ovulating, it is a good sign. It increase the possibility of
pregnancy. Further more, look for the endometrial thickness. Endometrium between 9 mm and 13 mm thickness is most conducive for the
implantation of the fertilized ovum. Also look for the size of the follicle just before it ruptured to release egg. Follicles between 18 mm and 21 mm release healthiest eggs which have high pregnancy success rate.
Find out by Hysterosalpingography and Laparoscopy about the patency and structural normalcy of your entire genital tract.
Also get your husband's semen examined for the quantity and quality of the sperms.
Unless you know all these details, no one can opine whether you can conceive or not. Please do not go by loose remarks.
I hope this helps you and encourages you for the scientific investigations for your problem.
