Can I Ask A Doctor To Check My Ultrasound Report And Explain ?
my ultrasound report said myometrial echoes appear normal. endometrium is thickened measures 1.4 cm and shows decidual reaction. no sonographic evidence of intra/extrautrine gestation. both ovaries normal in size and echopattren right ovary measures 3.4x2.0 left ovary 4.3x2.5 and shows a corpus luteum measuring 2.4x2.0
2. A corpus luteum cyst in your left ovary, which will require some medical attention
No pregnancy detected. You will have to undergo further investigations to find the exact cause for the endometrial thickening like a transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) or even a biopsy of the endometrium or procedures like a D&C if you experience symptoms like irregular bleeding, etc.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes.
