Can I Ask A Doctor To Check My Ultrasound Report And Explain ?

my ultrasound report said myometrial echoes appear normal. endometrium is thickened measures 1.4 cm and shows decidual reaction. no sonographic evidence of intra/extrautrine gestation. both ovaries normal in size and echopattren right ovary measures 3.4x2.0 left ovary 4.3x2.5 and shows a corpus luteum measuring 2.4x2.0

Hello.

From you reports you have two abnormalities:

1. A thickened endometrium which can be from various conditions like endometriosis, endometritis, endometrial hyperplasia, uterine fibroids and so on.

2. A corpus luteum cyst in your left ovary, which will require some medical attention

No pregnancy detected. You will have to undergo further investigations to find the exact cause for the endometrial thickening like a transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) or even a biopsy of the endometrium or procedures like a D&C if you experience symptoms like irregular bleeding, etc.
