Hello. From you reports you have two abnormalities: 1. A thickened endometrium which can be from various conditions like endometriosis, endometritis, endometrial hyperplasia, uterine fibroids and so on. 2. A corpus luteum cyst in your left ovary, which will require some medical attention No pregnancy detected. You will have to undergo further investigations to find the exact cause for the endometrial thickening like a transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) or even a biopsy of the endometrium or procedures like a D&C if you experience symptoms like irregular bleeding, etc. I hope this helps.
