Burnt Face On Tanning Bed. Swelling Around Eyes. Taken Benadryl And Ibuprofen. No Help. Solution?

I went to a tanning bed yesterday and burned my face - I woke up this morning and both eyes/lids and surrounding areas are very swollen. I don t have health insurance and cannot afford to go to the ER or see my MD. What can I do to help the swelling go down (I ve already taken Benadryl and Ibuprofen ). Please help, and thanks.
