Are The Inflammation With Skin Flaking And Discoloration Around The Neck Due To Vitiligo?
i have what I believe to be vitilogo.It has affected my forarms mainly which are inflamed with the skin flaking.I have a discoloration around my neck as well. my doctor has told me to use sunblock,but i wear long sleeves, as sunlight is painful.do you think these are the symptoms of vitilogo?

It seems to be photodermatitis. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid cream Cortisone cream on the affected area along with frequent and regular application of a sunscreen on the exposed sites.
