Is Tanning Bed Safe?
hello, i just recently started going to a tanning bed! and im achually Terrified! but i started going all my friends do and i really love my tan. i got burned and i figured if was normal, but the more i read on here about cancer and stuff the more nervous i get? what do u reccomend?

Tanning on a tanning bed exposes all of your skin to direct UV rays. UV rays tan you, but they also cause premature aging, wrinkles, loss of skin tightness and of course, cancer. Tanning on a tanning bed is an unnecessary risk and will increase your risk of cancer!
