Burning Sensation In Stomach, Tiredness, Nausea, Cramps, Frequent Urination. Food Poisoning?

Good morning I started having like a burning sensation in my stomach a bit like period cramp but much worse, felt really tired & no energy throughout the day, last night I lay in bed feeling nauseous , sweating & then freezing, slept on & off & was up & down to bathroom half a dozen times, I m 33 in good health, don t smoke & at first I thought I could be pregnant but would be unlikely, do you think it s food poisoning? The pain in my stomach isn t sharp more like a dull cramping feeling, hope you can help, thanks!
