Bumps On Penis, Sexually Active. No History Of STDs. Just Ingrown Hair?

I have bumps on my penis and base of the penis that appear to be ingrown hairs and a friend in med school thought it was the same thing. I am sexually active and but have no history of stds. Could it just be ingrown hairs from the pressure of having sex. Is there something else that this could be? I used to get pimples on my neck when I was stressed out and this month has definitley been stressful.

You did not mention the exact location of the bumps.
If the bumps are present on Glans,then you have to think of Herpes genitalis.
If they are on the skin of shaft and base of penis,it is not of much concern.
They will come down spontaneously.
