Broken Tibia, Fibula, Femur, Dislocated Knee. Pain, Cold Sweats. Done X-ray. Exercise Suggested. Medicine Required?

I broke my tibia, fibula, and femur 7 years ago and also dislocated my knee. I had IM rods put in. This year my pain would spike so badly I had cold sweats and felt like I was in shock. This happens 2-3 times a year. I went to the dr and they took X-rays and examined my leg. The only thing they told me to do was exercise. Should I have an rx for pain meds when the extreme pain hits? Doctor never offered anything.

Hi, you had fractures of tibia, fibula, femur, and dislocation of the knee 7 years ago. You had screws and plates, some times it happens that the screws may become loose, so can cause pain.
So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
