Hello Mr Amit Kumar,

The AIIMS doctor is correct in that part of your problem is related to allergy to dust. This explains your point No.1. Has asthma medication given any relief to you?
For your points 2 and 3, there is no short term remedy. Irrespective of your age, you can train to improve your memory. Forgetfulness has no single medicine. Repeated self suggestions and some psychotherapy may be of use for becoming irritated at the drop of a hat. As you control your irritation, the related headaches will reduce.

Point 4: A long term headache needs attention of a neurology expert. Wanting to kill somebody, whatever is the initial trigger, (homicidal thoughts) needs urgent psychiatric attention.

Take your doctor's prescription medicines and consult a good psychiatrist at the earliest.

Wish you get relief with the help of your local neurophysician or psychiatrist at the earliest
