Hello,
Tablet Ranexa is known to cause blurred vision, numbness, weakness, tiredness and all other symptoms which you have mentioned in the history.
But this tablet should not be stopped suddenly, it has to tapered or decreased in dosage or it can be replaced by another drug.
Hence I advice you to consult your physician for tapering the drug or decreasing the dose or replacing the drug by another drug.

Thank you
