What Causes Tiredness, Headaches, Blurred Vision, Weight Gain And Hair Loss?

I ve been having problems such as headaches, blurred vision, hair loss, tingling in left shoulder blade, tingling/numbness in hands and feet, weight gain, eating alot, tiredness, can t sleep, numbness on forehead for a few seconds, and I ve noticed dents on finger nails.

HYPOTHYROIDISM...
your all the symptoms point towards this condition called hypothyroidism. Consult a doctor and get your T3 , T4 , TSH hormone level checked for confirm diagnosis.
Also get your blood sugar checked for Diabetes.
