Blood Tests Shows High Cholesterol, Had Quick Pain In The Left Chest Bone. Could It Be Due To Heart Problem?

I had a heart MRI in January a stress test in dec. I had an ekgThursday. My blood work cam back a little high. Cholesterol 200, LDL 112. I had a quick shape pain in below my left bottom chest bone that lasted 3 seconds. I have been tired all day. My results on the tests were all normal. What is the likely hood I could have a heart problem this soon.
