hi, take my warm wishes.i m suffering with cough for two months, i have tried Levofloxacin 500 for 7 days then azithromycine 500 for 5 days with Ambroxol 100 ml syrup, Fexofenadin 120 mg for 10 days, Montelukast 10 mg for one month. Now my frequency of cough has reduced but it is very aggresive as seems my whole stomach is coming out through mouth. My doctor give me many tesets.
However my chest x-ray shows normal study, Hb=15.2 gm/dl, ESR 08 mm in first hour, WBC=8000/c mm, RBC=5.5 million/c mm, platelet=0000/c mm,Neutrofil=63%, Lymphocyte=32%,Monocyte=4%,eosinophil=1%,MCV=fL, MCH27.4 pg, MCHC=35.0gm/dl, Serum glucose(Fasting)=4.99 m mol/L, Serum Creatinine=0.92 mg/dl, Serum TG=110mg/dl, total cholesterol=169, HDL=36 mg/dl,LDL=135mg/dl,ALT=41U/L,S.bilirubin=1.49 mg/dl, S. total protein=7.85 g/dl, S. Albumin=5.0 g/dl, S.globulin=2.85 g/dl, A: G ratio=1.75, Urine micro albumin=13.0 mg/L, Urine creatinine=3.29 gm/L,Prothombin time(Ratio=1, Index=100%, INR=1), Anti-HCV=Negative, HBsAg=Negative, Mantoux Test=Negative, Urine=Color Straw, Appearnce Hazy,Reaction Acidic,Protein trace, Epithelial cell=1-2/HPF, Pus Cell=0-2/HPF, Amor phosphate '+'ve & My USG shows normal study of liver,gall bladder (Wal thickened), Pancreas, Kidney, Urinary bladder, Prostate but mild ascites.
My abdomen is seems little enlarged & feel uncomfort during sitting, my wait is 65 kg & height 5.4 inches. I have recent indigetion problem with flatulence.now please mention me what to do.....i m little worried
