Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
From your query i understood that you develop complications of Dyshidrotic eczema.
It is a multifactorial disease including hyperhidrosis, emotional factor, contact dermatitis, and other endogenous as well as exogenous factor.

Dystrophic changes lead to complete nail off.

You need topical steroids and cold compress to reduce the inflammation and progress of the disease.
You may need to do patch test to rule out any contact dermatitis.
Contact dermatitis may be a cause for Dyshidrotic eczema.

Pimecrolimus, a calcineurin inhibitor drug can be used for long term.

Avoid contact with certain allergens or irritants.
Use emollients regularly.

Hope this helps.
If any doubt, kindly reply.
Take care.
