Best Treatment For Perianal Abscess, Incision And Pain?
Hi doctor I am 61 years old. male,86kgs. I had a prenal abcess since 10 yrs. At first it used to heal with antibiotics only. But since 3 years i had also incision. It almost healed but recurring ever year at almost the same period . I am suffering from the pain. What is the best treatment

Ir seems that you are having Fistula in ano.
Fistula has few tracks and all open into colon.
From surgery all tracks are to be opened and incised.
if any on track is not incised then recurring is there.
Consult surgeon and discuss this with him.
Avoid constipation and take plenty of water.
