I've been having these sharp pains which refused for me to breathe on my left side of my stomach but then they would go away after a while.Now its like. a tumor that is so painful when breathing but it comes and goes and Really painful,,please Help!! And I'm HIV+

It could be a pluritis or a pneumonia that can cause a sharp pain during breathing. Have you any fever?
Are you on ART? What is your present CD4 count?
An Xray Chest and ultrasonogram abdomen will reveal your problem. Kindly try to send more details.
