Back Injury Due To Fall, Cracking Sound, Severe Pain, Unable To Walk. Should I See A Doctor?
Hi, yesterday i fell n hit my back HARD!(even heard a crack) and today the pain is BAD! Hurts to even walk! Should i be worried and go see a doctor?

Hi,
There might be heavy muscle strain due to hard hit.
But as you heard a cracking sound, it is better to got for x-ray spines.
If you are elderly then definitely go for x-ray as at this age even a simple injury can cause fracture or vertebral damage.
Take some analgesic tablets for 2-3 days.
Apply muscle relaxant cream locally.
Give rest to the part.
Ok and take care.
