Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you are experiencing regular cycles despite having PCOD, it is also possible that you could be ovulating, at least occasionally. Home pregnancy tests read well when performed 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. You can go for the blood test to be more specific. Diarrhea is not a specific symptom of pregnancy; infact, it can be a premenstrual symptom and is often caused by the prostaglandin release. You can get a trans-vaginal sonogram for clarification. Hope this helps.
