Are Nausea, Back Pain, Tender Breasts, Cramping, Diarrhoea Normal Signs Of Early Pregnancy?

Hi... In late June, my IUD fell out while I was menstruating. Two weeks later, I had another period, and this month have missed mine. I took a pregnancy test yesterday, which was positive. My main question is... during the last week or so, I have had normal signs of premenstruation (nausea, back pain, tender breasts, cramping, etc.). Today, I have had 2 bouts of diarrhea, nausea (no vomiting) and sharp, stabbing pains in my right side and upper abdomen. Is this normal for early pregnancy?

Thank you.

Hi,
Thanks for consulting us.
Nausea & tender breasts may be experienced by many women, some may have back pain. But, diarrhea & sharp stabbing pains on right side & upper abdomen are not the sign of a normal pregnancy. However, these may occur in women with ectopic pregnancy.
I strongly suggest that you should have a trans-vaginal ultrasound & attend a hospital to rule out other causes of acute abdomen like appendicitis.
Take care.
