Any Suggestion For Cyst In Ovaries With Free Fluid In Pelvis?
I recently had 2 sonograms in which showed a complex cyst on one ovary and another cyst on the other ovary. I was told I needed another sonogram in which just came back showing I have significant free fluid in my pelvis and the report indicated the cysts would not give way to the free fluid. I am a little concerned.

You need investigation like CA 125 TUMOUR marker,and CT ABDOMEN PELVIS.
COMPLEx CYST need surgery to confirm the benign or malignant nature of tumour.
