Altered Menstruation After Child Birth. Reason?

Hi I am 3 months post partum delivery was a csection . I ve had normal periods thereafter, but for the last two periods they were normal like usual before pregnancy but a week after period is done I get brownish mucous like discharge with a dull ache in my lower back as if my period is coming again. Any knowledge of what that could be. I do do cardio everyday as well

Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Go easy with your cardio. Do not strain yourself. Infact morning walk and aerobics is better till 6 months.
Get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy as irregular bleeding with back ache could be a sign of miscarriage.
Get an ultrasound done to be more sure.
