I am 29 years old ... jobless and life is a bit tensed...but i got masterbation adiction when i was teenager till date...now i masterbate once a week or less but it was intense before. Now a day i feel pain in my left chest side ..i am feeling like my heart is touching bones ...i know heart is very secure in membranes but i feel like if it touches inside bones. i am five feets and nine inches and my weight is 64 kg. i felt this problem since last december. initially it remained for 15 days with daily low BP and pain in left side.. later on i was feeling healthy but again felt it in next month.. now i feel it in every month with pain in left side along with low bp and some time pain in left arm... last time i felt little pain in left leg but after sleeping and resting it was fine. one shameful act i did , that was i dont like get darty due to masterbating, and i went to cupboard and got a plastic..i didn't check if the plastic was very old or infected or was medicated..i wrapped it around my tool and after third day i got this disease on regular basis. before that day i was very healthy and energetic. please keep my question secret.. i don't not if people read my shamful act on internet.. i will be very thankful for your suggestion and advice.

Thank you for the question. Your confidentiality will be maintained on my behalf I think you have anxiety and all the symptoms that you are mentioning can occur because of anxiety I do not think the act that you are describing has given rise to your current state You will be helped by benzodiazepines. Do at least a chest x-ray and ECG and seek a medicine specialist
