What could be the issue cause We have been sexually active for three years and this occasionally happens even when its not after sex, it happens randomly

U should go for a routine ultrasound pelvis and urine examination (routine/microscopy) to exclude the possibility of any renal stone or urine infection. If these things are normal then the possible reason could be due to some ligament/muscle overstretching.
