hello there.. White vaginal discharge with foul smell might be due to vaginal infections. Candidiasis is a fungal vaginal infection with thick curdy white discharge and itching. Trichomoniasis where there is foul smelling greenish vaginal discharge with itching. Bacterial vaginosis in which there is white to clear profuse discharge with fishy odour especially on contact with husband. All these infections need to be ruled out as they can lead to abortion if present early in pregnancy. Besides you say you have blood staining too following urination. That might be due to vaginal spotting (mild bleeding) which you are confusing with urinary bleeding as if you dont apply a pad , sllight vaginal bleeding is paid attention only while passing urine. Vaginal bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to abortion( threatened or missed abortion) I suggest you visit a gynecologist at the earliest for an internal examination to rule out vaginal infections.Also get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out any threatened abortion and to ensure the fetus is growing. Dont worry, the earlier the diagnosis is made the better it is and the earlier you take treatment , outcome of your pregnancy would be good. Meanwhile avoid intercourse, and heavy exercise , stress. Take good rest with folic acid tabs daily. Avoid smoking and drinking if you have these addictions. Keep good personal and perineal hygiene with area dry.
