I am a 52 year old women who is going through menopause and am on a hormone replacement tablet. I have a lot of trouble sleeping as my body over heats and I can't cool it down. The last few nights I have experienced my inner thighs from hips to knees on fire, this is on topof the over heating I'm already experienceding. Am I lacking something. I work in a busy cafe so am on my feet all day.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

After starting the hormone replacement therapy it will take some time to get the desired results.
Prefer phytoestogens as much as possible with your doctor's advice.
Take plenty of water, avoid fast foods, prolonged exposure to heat and excess oil.
If the symptoms persist once check for thyroid profile.
Because thyroid hormonal imbalance also can lead to heat intolerance.
