Took Levonelle 1500 on friday morning and have had unprotected sex on sunday morning (48 hs after the pill ) . 48 hs after taking the morning after pill am I still infertile?

It prevents pregnancy by delaying or inhibiting ovulation and inhibiting follicle rupture.The levonorgestrel 1500 μg taken within 3 days of unprotected sex,some people say it can be effective as late as 120 hours (5 days) after intercourse .In my opinion you don`t need to repeat the drug.
