4 Year Kid, Got Head Hit After Falling From Bed, Painful, Dilated Pupils. Anything To Worry?

My 4 year old boy was playing hide and seek with his older sister and fell from the bunk bed where he was hiding. He hit his head on the brick wall near the ladder and turned purple while crying. His eyes rolled back for a second or two and seemed to lose his breath but he let out a scream and kept crying. He seems okay now, says his head hurts. Did not lose consciousness but his eyes seem a little glassy to me and his pupils are dilated. He also did not let me icy his head, and I could not find a bump. What should I be watching for? This happened about an hour ago.

It would be best to get the child examined by a doctor in the ER.A CT scan to rule out serious injury or cerebrovascular bleed would be needed as the pupils appear dilated.
