4 Month Baby, Coughing, Sneezing, Mucus In Nose. Taking Antibiotics, Ventolin, No Improvement

My 4 month old boy has been coughing and sneezing for the past 5 days. he is also wheezing and has a lot of mucos coming from his nose.
we have been to see a pediatrician, and he was given some antibiotic and ventolin to use. after 2 days , I have not seen any reasonable improvement . We are currently in Africa(Abuja , Nigeria)

Hello dear
Thanks for your query.
It will take at least two to three days for child to respond to infection.
Already your child is on antibiotics , wait for response for one or two days more.
If symptoms are worsening, high grade fever, altered sensorium then consult doctor.
My suggestion would be wait for one more day, give regular breast feeding to baby.
