A big NO NO NO for teenage pregnancy
i.e. 17 years girl , not physically orphycologically mature to have a healthy pregnancy . There are added complications.
Regular wight gain , total 12 -13 kg during pregnancy is a sign of healthy pregnancy.
Freguent small meals every 2 hours ,with lot of green vegetables milk, at least a bowel full of lentils,fresh and seasonal fruits are necessary.
Its necessary to undergo periodic medical checkup that is booked case at least have basic investigations,and 4 visits as adviced by WHO.
