14 Month Old, Nose Bleeding After Getting Hit. Should I Give Her Tylenol?

My 14 month old was running on our cement slab where we are making a new addition and tripped on the rug over it. She fell and started crying and when I picked her up her nose started bleeding. Should I be worried or do you think I should just give her a little Tylenol for the pain and see after it's not swollen if it's okay? It stopped bleeding a minute afterwards but the top of her nose is starting to turn purple.

Hi,
It appears that she is having nose injury giving hematoma formation and bleeding.
Even bleedng is stopped but due to nose looking purple, injury to small nasal bones are likely.
Go to ER and get examined.
X-ray will give clue for having fracture.
Apply ice pack on nose.
Ok and take care.
