In most cases back pain is due to several causes like improper working pattern, stress, wrong sitting and sleeping postures, muscular strain, stress and lack of exercise.

Morning stiffness lasting for more than 30 minutes.
Pain travelling to thighs/legs
Any kind of loss of sensation and tingling in legs
Any redness in the eyes
Weakness in legs

Yes, i am getting the problem which mention below

Morning stiffness lasting for more than 30 minutes.
Weakness in legs
Pain travelling to thighs/legs.
and
when i getting pain fell very uncomfortabel,,,,,,,unable to concentrate any work,,,and very irate if some try to talk me,,,,,and also felling very angry

You have symptoms of inflammatory back pain, so it seems you are suffering from ankylosing spondylitis.

Therefore, you have to visit an orthopedic surgeon for various clinical tests, x-ray and some other investigation like-HLAB27 to reach the diagnosis.
