Brief Answer:
Dont be worried as your HIV test result are non reactive

Detailed Answer:
dear sir
thanks for posting your query to HCM .
dont be worried as your HIV test result found to be negative .
I wanted to know that how did you come to know about your thighs become thin as you didnt loose any weight ?
if you are sure about it you need to consult a medicine physician for undergoing complete examination and investigation .
other feature could be because of any viral or bacterial infection that can be easily treated .
presently I suggest you to just go for complete blood count examination to find out any infection in blood, after that we will plan for further managment .
feel free if any query .

Brief Answer:
No need to be worried as HIV is non reactive .

Detailed Answer:
dear sir
this time again ELISA indicate Non reactive HIV as absorbance value is below the cut off.
but test for hiv antibody detection should be repeted at 3, 6 and 12 month period .
however your CBC value suggesting that there may be some chronic infection present becuase lymphocyte count is near to upper cut off value .
it could be because of any bacterial or viral infection .
I suggest you to consult a physician for complete body examination so that he can find the apropriate test to detect the infection .
hope it is enough to solve your query .
