A visible bruising over the abdomen after sex can be due to aggressive sex session. It indicates a soft tissue injury in the area. If it is recurrent then it can also happen due to a bleeding disorder.
Usually such bruise fades off on its own in 2-3 weeks. No need to worry. Just wait and let it disappear on its own.
