What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question: I had my last periods on 8 september but when i went for the scan the scan doctor said he couldnt see anything and my reports are attached and asked me to come after two weeks please suggest is this pregnancy ? Im on folic acid and endogest 200 medication

What was your expected period date?
Have you done your home urine pregnancy test?
Have you done your blood beta hcg testing?
As your ultrasound is showing thickened endometrium it can be a sign of early pregnancy also.

I did a home pregnancy test and it was positive.
Dint do a blood test yet.
