Brief Answer:
myoma is not the cause..explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
thanks for contacting health care magic.

Going by your scan there is an intramural myoma or fibroid which is just 1.6x2.3cm in size. Fortunately it is not submucous which may have been a cause of infertility then, but being intramural and fundoposterior it is not affecting the endometrium which is good sign. ET is 5mm which is fine for day 9 of folliculometry.

You havent mentioned about the ovarian size or the follicluar size which is more significant in your case.
There are various causes of infertility at your age...the hormonal imbalance,(thyroid, prolactin, serum testosterone,FSH and LH), irregularity of cycles,PCOS etc.

but definitely myoma is not the cause in your case.
please get yourself evaluated completely and review with reports.
regards.
