Brief Answer:
Pregnancy can be there

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The ultrasound report shows a thickened uterine lining or thickened endometrium with fluid in the uterine cavity.
Such a finding can be present in pregnancy or hormonal disturbance leading to thickened endometrium.
Both the ovaries are normal.
A urine pregnancy test is advised to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
