What Does Bulky Uterus With Distended Uterine Cavity Mean?
Hello,I just had an ultrasound as I just found out I am pregnant. My last period was the 15th of June. We could only see a black dot, and my test result reads that I have a slightly bulky uterus with a mildly distended uterine cavity. Please what does this mean?

During pregnancy there is myo hyperplasia of uterus and also the uterus gets enlarged in order to accommodate the embryo.This occurs under the influence of hormone called as progesterone. So dont worry its a normal sign of pregnancy. Hope this solves your querry.Thank you.
