Brief Answer:
Increased ALT and GGT may indicate liver injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have gone through your findings in detail.
Your findings suggests raised cholesterol level and triglyceride level is towards normal upper limit.
GGT and ALT are also raised. Increased GGT and ALT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to altered lipid profile and increased ferritin.
You are right advised to cut red meat and alcohol. This is very important for your health.
I also suggest take ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months.
You may also need statins for raised lipids.
You should go for brisk walk regularly.
Avoid saturated fat and take lot of fibers in your diet.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
