Question: Hi, I am 33 years old I have delivered my second baby 3 weeks back. Had a C - sec and tubectomy. I am experiencing sever abdominal pain. Is it normal and for how many days more will this pain be

The abdominal pain after a delivery by C-section can be due to after pains due to contraction of the uterus or due to the pain in the healing stitches. This pain often gradually decreases after 4-5 weeks. in case the pain is very severe and is continuous or is gradually increasing then do consult your gynecologist for an examination.
