Brief Answer:
Suggestive of some liver problem.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam, Hi & Welcome.

Bilirubin is not present in the urine of normal & healthy individuals.

The presence of bilirubin in urine is an early indicator of liver disease and can occur before clinical symptoms such as jaundice develop.

In certain liver diseases, such as gallbladder disease or hepatitis, excess bilirubin can build up in the blood and is eliminated in urine.

In view of the above possibilities, you are therefore advised to undergo total liver function tests, kidney function tests and an abdominal ultrasound scan to come to a diagnosis.

Hope this answers your query.
I shall be gland to answer if you have any follow up query.

Best regards.
