What Does My Ultrasound Scan Test Result Indicate?

Question: Hi went for a fertility scan yesterday on cd13 it is saying both ovaries seen bulky and small follicles throughout with no dominant foilicle . Left ov12cc and right ov 13.7cc uterus slightly coarse in echo-texture and ending thickness is 11.6mm suggesting pcos is this the case ??
