Question: i have heavy stomuch pain. today i have done my usg
bulky right overy as discribed
pod cystic collection 2 hemorrhagic cyst

what does it mean?

Hi
I saw the report.
Cyst is a swelling with fluid collection.
1.Right ovary is enlarged in size.
2.Pouch of XXXXXXX is area behind the Uterus where cysts are seen.
3.Haemorrhagic cyst is a swelling which got ruptured within and filled with blood .It causes pain.
When the pain is in the lower abdomen, hemorrhagic cyst will be the reason.
Please consult a Gynaecologist /General surgeon and get appropriate treatment.
